Orthopaedic Fluoroscopy
K-wire insertion/removal, joint infiltrations, caudal block and facet block injections, fracture reduction, joint displacement correction, amputation cases, screws insertion/removal, debridement, ORIF, long bone nail insertion, external fixation, hip & knee replacements, and endoscopic spine cases.
Vascular Fluoroscopy

Mr Sibusiso Xaba oversees the Human Resources department and is responsible for the strategic management and coordination of radiology services, with primary operational oversight in the Johannesburg region and overall governance across the company's branches in various provinces. He is also responsible for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing management of radiographers across both theatre-based services and Medicross venues nationwide. In this capacity, he ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality radiological services while upholding the highest standards of safety for patients, employees, and visitors through the effective development, implementation, and oversight of policies, procedures, and performance standards governing radiology operations and staff performance.

A highly accomplished Diagnostic Radiographer, Mr Xaba is a graduate of the University of Johannesburg. He has developed a strong clinical focus in theatre radiography, supported by comprehensive training at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital — the largest hospital in Africa — where he gained extensive exposure to high-volume, complex, and multidisciplinary cases.
Clinical Experience
Prior to becoming part of Inyosi, Mr Xaba further broadened his clinical expertise through extensive locum engagements at leading private hospitals across the Johannesburg and KwaZulu-Natal regions. During this period, he gained wide-ranging experience in orthopaedic, vascular, urology, and neurological procedures, strengthening his adaptability and depth of clinical practice. He continues to advance his experience on a daily basis by actively working as a practising radiographer, performing cases during routine hours as well as after-hours.
Leadership & Vision
Mr Xaba leads from the front, remaining hands-on in clinical environments while balancing executive responsibilities. Following clinical duties, his focus returns to the strategic and operational management of the company, where he works closely alongside his fellow directors, the practice manager, and the wider team. He values a collaborative leadership approach and recognises the essential contribution of all staff — from administrative teams to radiographers — in delivering exceptional patient care and sustainable radiology services. His combined expertise in clinical practice, operational leadership, and human resource management, together with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous professional development, positions Mr Xaba as a trusted leader and a key asset within the radiology and healthcare sector.

All our radiographers are fully qualified, trained, and independently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
